Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at info@clovertiger.com. 

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  A flat rate return shipping fee of $7.00 will apply.

RETURN

Items are available for return within 15 days from the date of your purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment.  After the 15 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale. 

Items must be in new and excellent condition to be accepted for return. No makeup, perfume, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, stained, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. We will not be held responsible for accepting a return of any washed items or if an item has been worn and/or tried on and damaged as a result.

Items must be shipped back with the label we provide, otherwise your return may not be accepted.

EXCHANGE

Enjoy a 15 day exchange window from the date of your purchase. We will ship your exchange order once we have received your return.
